REFUND POLICY

At Together We Make, every piece is handmade with care and attention to detail. Because each item is created individually, all sales are final.

No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

Each item is crafted by hand, and slight variations in color, texture, or size are part of what makes our products unique. These natural differences are not considered defects.

Custom and Personalized Orders

All custom or personalized items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged under any circumstances, except in the rare case of damage during shipping.

Lost or Missing Packages

Once a package has been shipped, ownership transfers to the customer.
If your order appears lost or delayed in transit, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information. We’ll assist where possible but are not responsible for carrier delays or delivery errors.
