All items are handmade to order. Please allow [X–Y business days] for your order to be processed before it ships. During peak seasons or for custom orders, processing times may be slightly longer. We’ll always keep you updated if there are any unexpected delays.
Shipping Policy - the basics
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Typical delivery times within the U.S. are 3–7 business days after your order has shipped. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.
Local Pickup
If you’re nearby, you may choose local pickup at checkout. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready, along with pickup instructions.
Shipping Delays
We’re not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If your order is delayed or appears lost, please contact us—we’ll do our best to help track it down.
Order Changes & Address Updates
Once an order has been shipped, we cannot change the shipping address. Please double-check your shipping information before completing checkou.
